I shared a while back that I've been on a journey of unlearning all the things... Whether that's my tendency to strive for 'gold stars' from others, my discomfort around asking for help, or feeling that familiar pressure of never having enough time.
I think each of these patterns has roots in many of the toxic systems that I want to change in the world.
And we can't change what we don't see.
Join me in bringing some of those roots to the light in a free mini course on unlearning from now until May 2nd.
This course is for you if you ever felt disconnected or misaligned and wanted to shed some of the conditioning that might have led you there.
The ideas in this course will shine a light on how a culture of colonialism, white supremacy, capitalism, patriarchy, heteronormativity and many other harmful systems of oppression show up in what we value and the choices we make.
My goal is for you to listen and wonder why we donβt talk about this conditioning more and wanting to share it with everyone you know.
